A 42-year-old Okada rider, Olaoye Moses, has been arraigned before a Magistrates’ Court sitting in Osogbo over alleged dangerous driving.
Moses is facing a five-count charge bordering on dangerous driving, lack of driver’s licence and disobedience to road traffic rules.
A man identified as Adamu Isah will receive eight strokes of the cane for stealing 10 live chickens.
The order was given by the Kaduna Chief Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 24.

According to her, she had written a lengthy note to him, giving voice to her complaints and shockingly for her, he stopped responding.
