Reality star Evelyn Lozada's headbutt injury photos surface

Last year NFL player Chad Johnson was arrested for head butting his then wife, reality star Evelyn Lozada after the couple got into an argument over a condom receipt Evelyn found in his car trunk just three weeks after their fairytale wedding.

Pictures of Evelyn's horrific injuries have finally been released courtesy TMZ. They look bad. The couple have since separated.
