Justin Bieber has paid a special tribute to his mother, Pattie Mallette, by tattooing a close-up of her eye in his inner left elbow. This marks Bieber's sixteenth tattoo. He has been raking his body art with different types of tattoos which included an armored knight, a dark-haired angel, a koi, a large 'x', a logo of his hometown hockey team, the stratford cullitons, a three christ-inspired designs, his mother's birthday in Roman numerals, a crown, an an owl. Sooner or later, he is gonna look like this. lol
